5. On on end of each fiber chain, pull the tails to knot the ends closed. Then, with the two fiber chains next to each other, hold these two tails together, knot them at the end of the chain links two times (again using the overhand knotting technique), and begin to insert them both through the hole in one of the coil clasp sections.

6. Ensure that the knot fits inside the coil. If it isn't big enough, tie another one. You want to be able to hide your knot inside the coil.

7. Once you are sure the knot fits, add a dab of tacky glue to the knots, and pull the tails to make sure the knot is securely inside the coil.

8. Allow the glue to dry, and use scissors to trim off excess yarn tail.
