Hold the wire pieces that are bent right above the pointed part of the bead with one pair of pliers, and with the other pair in the other hand, wrap the shorter piece of wire around the longer piece of wire one time – only one time though. (By holding the wire with the first pair of pliers, this helps keep the piece steady while you wrap.)
