You'll need:
Filigree teardrop (available from Guyot Brothers)
1 8mm clear crystal bead
1 eye pin
a few inches of wire
some seed beads
wire cutters
flat/bent pliers
round nosed pliers

When I saw this teardrop shaped filigree piece, it immediately reminded me of an angel's dress. So with a little wire and beads, that's what it eventually became.
