Wire and Resin Bead Clasp

Wire and Resin Bead Clasp

1. Start by using the nylon-nosed pliers to pull the wire through a few times to help straighten it and work harden it.

2. Use a jeweler's file to file both ends of the wire smooth.

3. Using the narrow end of your round-nosed pliers, make a tiny loop on one end of the wire.

4. Then about one half inch down on the wire, grasp the wire with the middle part of the nose of your round-nosed pliers, and with your fingers bend the wire around the nose to form a hook as pictured.
