8. To add the clasp to your beaded item, just hook the clam shell (bead tip) onto the looped part of either the hook or eye. To add it to a wire project or necklace finished off with a crimp bead, just open the loop a little and hook it over the end of your wire piece and close the loop again using your flat nosed pliers. This clasp also looks great with wire chains as well.
