3. Next, do this for your second hook. It is important to make sure you make the loops the same size since they will be parallel to each other while holding the bag. That’s why I suggest making them simultaneously.

4. After you’ve made wrapped loops in both wires, line them up side by side to double check that they match.

5. Make a very small curl, using round nosed pliers, at the opposite end of the wrap loop you just made. Do this also for the other hook.
