Introduction & Materials

When you plan to make a set - as in necklace, bracelet, and earrings - it's always a good idea to set out a few beads so that you have plenty for one or possibly two pairs of earrings. In fact, a lot of times I like to make two pairs of earrings per set because if you sell your jewelry, it's not unusual to sell the earrings and not all the other pieces at the same time. So, this way you have a back-up pair.

Since the More Is Better Bead & Chain Necklace is a huge mixtures of various beads, your earring design possibilities are really endless, but here is one pair that I made that also looks great with my More is Better Venetian Bracelet as well.

You'll need:

*2 – 13mm Swarovski light Colorado topaz side-drilled crystals (#6010)
2 – 6mm Swarovski Montana round crystals
2 – 8mm fire polished copper colored crystal beads
*4 – 3mm sterling daisy spacer beads
*4 Bali-style sterling bead caps
*2 gold-filled lever-back ear wires
Approx. 1-foot of gold-filled 24-gauge soft wire
Round-nosed pliers
Flat-nosed pliers
Wire cutters

*Available from JS Beads.com
