I am a big Jane Austen fan, which is obvious if you’ve looked at any of my Jane Austen Earring Projects. I love nothing better than sitting down to enjoy a romantic Victorian novel where the characters are chatting over a cup of tea. This project is yet another way for me to combine two things I love, jewelry and high-tea.

I have made this into a pendant thinking I could wear it on a simple gold chain. However, you could also make two and attach them to ear wires to make a pair of earrings. To add to the Victorian theme, I used a vintage bead from my collection.

You’ll need:
*1 antique gold-colored pewter teapot
1 – 6mm aqua-colored crystal bead
1 – 2 inch gold-colored headpin
Round-nosed pliers
Flat-nosed pliers
Wire cutters

*This teapot component is from Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, item number 6487FD.

For those who can’t wait to see the finished pendant, just select the last step linked on this page and it will send you to the end of the project.
