Interview with Luxe Jewels CEO Jessica Herrin

By Tammy Powley, About.com

Luxe Jewels is no longer in operation and has turned into a different business model. However, Since Jessica Herrin is known for starting a number of companies, many related some in some way to jewelry, I thought it was worth keeping this article because some of the information might still be helpful for those who are interested in finding alternative ways for making money with their jewelry skills.

I had the opportunity to talk one-on-one (via email) with Luxe Jewels’ CEO Jessica Herrin. I asked her ten questions about how she started this unique jewelry company, how she’s handled the risks involved, how the company has been doing since she started, and what she plans for the future. Jessica has some great advice for anyone interested in making money through his or her love of jewelry making. Even if you never become a Luxe Jewels Consultant, I think we can all take something away from Jessica's practical experience.
