11. Now you are ready to make the chain part of the necklace. Using my Bead and Wire Chain technique, make alternating bead sections using first brass wire and then copper wire. For the first side of the chain, you will need to make 11 alternating bead and wire sections starting and ending with a brass section.

Note: Make sure you are paying attention to the wire pieces you pick up as you move back and forth between working with brass and then working with copper. You could also opt to make all the brass pieces first, and then make the copper sections connecting them with the brass sections as you move down the chain.
