For tools to put the kit together, the instructions suggest a pair of bent-nosed pliers, which as with most jewelry making kits you'll need to supply yourself. All the instructions for this and the other kits are posted on the Wig Jig web site and includes a step-by-step how-to along with color photos.
The instructions suggest this is a 10 minute project, and I'm pretty sure it took me less time than that to make these. Since the instructions had pictures, I only needed to scan read the text, so these are a breeze to put together. New jewelry makers will probably take the whole 10 minutes, but if you are comfortable working with pliers and bending wire or metal with them, then you'll find this kit super easy to put together.
