Crinkle Wire Beading Wire

Most of us get really peeved when our beading wire gets kinked or crinkled up, but Beadalon decided to do this on purpose and actually create a type of beading wire that has a zig zag look to it. They use 7 strand beading wire, which is .018 inches or .46mm in diameter, and run it through a process that actually puts kinks or crinkles into the wire. They are spaced out down the length of the wire, which comes on 15-foot (4.5m) spools.

Texture is one design elements we don't always consider when we are beading, so this is one way to get some texture into your jewelry designs the easy way. You can find out more about this product, download free projects, and locate vendors who carry it at the Beadalon site.
