Connect Hoop

3. Use flat-nosed pliers to bend one side of the hoop into a 90 degree angle, and wrap the other side of the hoop’s wire around this bent area of the wire.

4. Hold this area with one pair of pliers, and use the other pair of pliers to continue wrapping the wire around itself. (Note: If you have stronger hands than I do, you may be able to just use your fingers, but even with dead-soft wire, I had a hard time doing this without using pliers. If you opt to use half-hard wire, which would work fine for this as well, you for sure will need to use the two pliers technique described).

5. Trim off excess wire and file smooth.
