6. Finally, when you are done with all of the wrapping and connecting, double check the wraps on your wire. If some stick out, and I know a few of mine did, just use flat-nosed pleirs to press these flat. Since 24-gauge is very soft, normally there's no need to file these areas. Of course, if you find that your wire is still poking or sticking the wearer, filing with a jeweler's file is an option.
