Double-Hole Stretchy Bracelet

D.D. Hess sent me these fun holiday beads with an assignment: find something to do with these unique double-holed beads she was making. While she liked the idea of two holes in one bead, she was struggling with design ideas for them. At first, I thought of making a necklace, and I still might do that, but then as I played around with these, this stretchy bracelet design popped into my head.
