Wrinkled Paper

1. Use scissors to cut a piece of paper to a little less than the size of your frame, which is 2 1/4 x 1 inches. You may have to check this a few times and trim as necessary before you get it to fit perfectly (or at least I had to).

2. Once you are sure the piece fits inside of the frame, wad it up into a ball as if you were going to throw it in the trash, but don't! After wadding it all up, carefully pull it back out and flatten it. You need to be a little careful so that you don't rip it. Now, you'll notice that you have lines and cracks and wrinkles all over the paper, thus giving it a textured appearance.
