Foam Sticker Witch's Hat Pin

1. Peel the hat sticker off the plastic, and press it against a swatch of felt. I used yellow because I wanted to be able to cut the felt easily afterwards. I was concerned that black would be too hard for my old eyes to see well.

2. Once the sticker is attached the felt, press it down hard, and then use a small pair of sharp scissors to cut around the hat sticker.
