Foam Sticker Witch's Hat Pin

This project is very similar to my Frankenstein 3-D Sticker Pin, but instead, I use simple foam stickers. They are very inexpensive, and as you can see by the package pictured, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Mine came with two sheets of foam stickers that are stuck onto clear plastic. There are 14 pieces in this package, and it was only a few dollars at my local craft store.

Along with the foam hat sticker, you'll need the following:

1 - 1 inch bar pin
Yellow felt
Tacky glue
Sharp scissors
