How to Make Fused Glass Frit

Once you spend any time making fused glass jewelry, you will start to accumulate a fair amount of glass scraps. One interesting way to recycle glass scraps is to turn them into frit, a mix of small to medium sized glass pieces used to decorate fused glass objects. Pictured is a heart-shaped fused glass pendant I made and then ornamented with a mix of various color frit.

To make frit, you will need the following:

Torch
Bowl of water
Long handled tweezers
scraps of fused glass
