Big Pearl Elastic Bracelet

Tammy Powley
While watching a Lee Sands show on QVC one day, they showed a beautiful, big pearl bracelet that was strung on stretchy cord. Of course, I thought, "I could make that." I love pearls, and I decided I could use another nice pearl bracelet. In fact, I had just gotten a roll of Stretch Magic, and I knew I had some nice, fat potato pearls in stock, so I went to work on this Big Pearl Elastic Bracelet.

To make one, you will need the following tools and supplies:

About 8-10 inches of Stretch Magic size .5mm
About 30 potato pearls
Scissors
Glue (like super glue)

The number of pearls you need and the amount of cord will depend on a few factors such as wrist size and pearl size. I normally wear about a 7 inch bracelet, so I made my bracelet 6 inches long. My pearls are approximately 5mm in size, and I needed 28 for my bracelet. You will need to make adjustments depending on how large your pearls are and how large you want your bracelet to be.
