6. Finally, add a ear hook to the top of the earring, and repeat the above steps to make a matching pair.

I made earrings with these filigree components, but you could also follow this same procedure and just make one. Then attach to some chain. Again, consider mixing metals. Add it copper or brass chain. Want a little more antique look to the finished piece? Use some Silver Black or similar product to oxidize the metals.
