3. Once you have cut off links as needed, open one jump ring, slip on one end of the toggle and one end of the bracelet onto the open ring, and with a pair of pliers in both hands gripping either side of the jump ring, close the ring bringing one hand towards you and the other moving away from you. 4. Repeat the above step to add the other side of the toggle to the opposite end of the bracelet.
