6. Assemble your earrings. I found it easiest to complete each pair from threading on the beads to adding the hooks. Otherwise, you’ll have beads on head pins rolling all over your work surface. There are a few tips that make the assembly quicker:

When bending the head pins after adding your beads, try to position the round nosed pliers in the same spot for each pair you make. ¼ inch away from the top of the beads works well. This system helps your earrings to match better.

Add beads to both head pins of the pair you are making, and then bend over one and then the other head pin before continuing.
