Start Stringing Beads

1. Begin by stringing on 5 seed beads, 1 square red crystal, 5 seed beads, 1 round clear crystal, 5 seed beads, 1 blue crystal teardrop, and 1 seed bead onto the beading wire. I found the wire to be stiff enough that I didn't need a needle. Simply spread the beads out on your work surface, hold the end of the beading wire, and stab the beads through their holes.

2. Then skipping the last seed bead, thread the beading wire back through all of the beads previous strung. You want to make sure that you push the beads all the way down to the end of the beading wire so that you end up with one very long piece of beading wire and one shorter, about 3 or four inches, of beading wire both coming out of the top of the beads.
