Flower Necklace Supplies

Focal pieces can really help inspire a design, and that is how this necklace came to be after I discovered the aqua crystal flower component. The flower motif is repeated throughout with the use of filigree style bead caps and a flower clasp.

If you like this necklace, then you will probably want to make the matching bracelet and also the matching earrings so that you have a complete set.

Note on supplies: The Accuflex beading wire and materials listed above are available at Fire Mountain Gems and Beads. To help locate them, I’ve included catalog numbers.

To make this necklace, you’ll need:

1 aqua crystal flower center component (Item #1365FY)
26 - 6mm turquoise fire polished Czech crystals (Item #3580GL)
20 sterling bead caps (Item #7303FN)
4 – 2x2mm sterling crimp beads
2 - 12 inches pieces of .014 Accuflex beading wire
1 sterling oval flower clasp (Item #8702FN)
Crimping pliers
Wire cutters

For those who can’t wait, use the last link on this project to click ahead to the last page and view the finished necklace.
