5. Now it's time to finish off with bead crimps and a hook and eye. Since this uses 3x3mm crimp beads, it's a good idea to use a larger crimping tool like the Mighty Crimper, but you can also just flatten the crimps with flat-nosed pliers if you prefer. Either way, slip the crimp bead onto the wire, then one side of the hook, and then insert the beading wire back through the crimp bead before closing the crimp bead closed. Repeat this for the other side of the hook.

6. Use cutters to trim off excess beading wire, and be really careful when you do this because you don't want to cut the longer piece of wire accidentally. (Not that I've very done that before!)
