Bead Selection

1. First you'll need to select your beads. Since I wanted a necklace that wouldn't necessarily match but that I could wear with my More is Better bracelet, I opted for beads mainly in the gold, metalic, and pink range with a few blue beads to add here and there. I used a mixture of crystals, glass, pearls, seed beads, and gemstones.

2. Once you've got your colors picked, set out a work area with all your beads around you and your chain and wire nearby as well. I had a roll of chain, so I kept mine on the roll and just cut it from the roll as I needed it. This way, I didn't have to deal with a lot of small pieces of chain. However, if you have some scrap chain, this would be a great way to use some of it up.
