Bling Ring

This an immediate-gratification project with lots of pizzazz. It’s called a bling ring base and is available from B’Sue’s Boutique, $1.50 each or 12 for $12.

They come rhodium-plated as well as gold-plated. Each ring base has 8 loops on top that you can attach your own dangles of beads and/or charms to. All you need are head pins and your choice of beads.
