You'll need:
1 agate heart pendant
30 - 8mm carnelian beads
4 - 6mm poppy jasper beads
8 diamond shaped moonstone beads
8 daisy spacer beads
1 sterling silver clasp
2 bead tips
burgundy colored size 4 nylon cord and twisted needle
1. Start by attaching a bead tip to one end of the nylon cord.
2. Now slip on one carnelian bead and make a knot. You can either use the traditional, cheater, or Tri-Cord methods of knotting.
3. Continue to add a carnelian bead and knot until you have nine carnelian beads strung.
4. Now add one moonstone, one daisy, one jasper, one daisy, and another moonstone bead without knotting between them.
5. Then add another knot and three more carnelian beads with knots between them.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5.
7. Then slip on the heart pendant.
8. Repeat step 5, step 4, step 5, and step 4 again.
9. Finish off with another bead tip and add your hook.
I made the clasp used for this necklace using wire, and I have a number of other clasp projects you can find listed under the wire findings section of my site.
