Beaded Bead Earrings

If you make a few Beaded Bead Bracelets, then you’ll probably want some earrings to match. Here are some I made to with my rose quartz bracelet.

You’ll need:

2 ear hooks
2 head pins
2 4mm crystals
4 size 6 Czech pink beads
2 beaded beads (I used the burgundy colored beads.)
2 6mm rose quartz beads
round nosed pliers
flat/bent nosed pliers
wire cutters

1. Slip on the beads in this order onto a head pin: 6mm rose quartz, size 6 bead, beaded bead, size 6 bead, 4mm crystal.

2. Use round nosed pliers to bend the head pin into an L. (I bend mine away from me.)

3. If necessary, trim off a little wire. My head pins are 1 ½ inches, so I had to cut off about ¼ of an inch.)

4. Use round nosed pliers to curl the bent part into a circle with out closing. (I curl towards me.)

5. Slip ear hook onto the circle.

6. Use flat nosed pliers to close the circle around the ear hook.

7. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for the other earring.

Of course, if you make the earrings and the bracelet, now you might need a necklace to match. But, that’s another project.
