While I love the look of beading around a wooden bead, I know my "immediate gratification" syndrome would never allow me the patience to do it. With the Terrifically Tacky Tape, however, I discovered a much faster way to get similar results.

1. For this beaded bead, I put my own mixture of seed beads in a small bowl.

2. Then I cut small pieces of tape and stuck them around the bead.

3. I peeled off the tape back, rolled the bead in my bowl of seed beads, and used my fingers to press the beads against the bead.

4. Next, I sprinkled Micro beads around the bead and pressed again with my fingers.

5. I set the bead aside to cure for 24 hours.

I tried a similar technique using hanks of seed beads in order to try to create a pattern. However, I have to admit, for my quick experimentation, I had a hard time lining up the beads. I’m sure it could be done with more patience and a steady hand. I found the dunking method easier, and I was still very happy with the results.
