To make this necklace, you'll need:
42 - 4 to 5mm pale green pearls
8 pink crystal beads
12 - size 6 pink beads
3 vegetable lampwork beads (Mine include carrot, celery, and corn.)
1 bunny lampwork bead
2 egg lampwork beads
beaded hook clasp and figure eight component
2 crimp beads
approx. 20 inches of beading wire
wire cutter
round-nosed pliers
crimping pliers
1. Finish off one end of your beading wire with a crimp bead, and slip one crystal bead over both piece of wire. Trim off excess wire for the shorter piece if necessary. (Tip: I often use a bead that's at least 4mm in size right after my crimp bead in order to hide the extra piece of beading wire and ensure that it doesn't scratch the wearer.)
2. Now slip on 10 pearls, one size 6 pink bead, one pink crystal, another size 6 bead, and five more pearl beads.
3. Slip on one egg bead with the narrow end of the egg threaded first, and add two more pearls, one pink bead, one crystal, one pink bead, and a vegetable bead.
4. Again, slip on two pearls, another pink, crystal, and pink bead, and your bunny bead.
5. Repeat all the steps above in opposite order from step 4 to step 1 to finish the other side of the necklace. You should have one vegetable bead left over.
6. Next, using my directions for the Beaded Hook Clasp, create the hook for this necklace using the left over vegetable bead. For this piece, I used the corn bead.
