You will need the following:
4 wire clovers (made of 20 gauge wire)
4 - 4mm crystal beads
4 - 4mm pearl beads
2 ear hooks
2 head pins
4 inches of thin wire (24-30 gauge)
2 inches of extra 20 gauge wire
wire cutters
round nosed pliers
bent/flat nosed pliers
1. Start by making your clovers (though I'm calling them flowers in this design). You'll need for of them, two for each earring.
2. Next create what I call a connector piece. This is made by taking about an inch of wire and using round nosed pliers to curl both ends. Do not completely close the curls yet.

4. Close the curls around the loops. You may have to bend the connector piece a little to make sure it rests nicely. This is where soft wire comes in handy because you can just use your fingers to adjust it.
5. Now take your thinner wire and use round nosed and flat nosed pliers to create a wrap loop and connect it to one of the loops on the opposite end of your flower/clover. If you use larger beads than pearls, you may want to use thicker wire for this. However, with pearls, you need thin wire so it easily fits through the hole in your pearl beads.
6. Slip your pearl onto the wire. Then again make a wrap loop, and now connect this to a second flower/clover.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the fourth loop in your first flower/clover and attach it to the second flower/clover.
8. Next, slip a crystal bead onto a head pin and connect this (again using the wrap technique) to one of the bottom loops of the second flower/clover.
9. Repeat step 8 for the last loop of the flower/clover.
10. Add an ear hook to the middle of the connector piece that is at the top of your earring.
11. Repeat the steps above to make another earring so you have a matching pair.
