My favorite part about this bead weaving method is that you don't have to just use seed beads. You can use any type of beads you want. Heck, they don't even have to all be round either. You can use gemstone, crystals, glass, resin, wood...the list is pretty much endless. Get bead palette ideas by cruising through your closet. Have a special shirt that you love and need "the" perfect necklace to go with it? Pull the colors out of the shirt, matching them up to bead colors, and then use this jewelry technique to make a truly custom piece.
