I always enjoy making heart-themed jewelry, so Valentine's Day is a great excuse to make more. In fact, I'm making jewelry as well as other crafted items. I sponsor a craft club at the college I work for, and we will be making Valentine's Day cards this week along with crocheting some simple hearts that we will glue to pin backs and tie slides. I’ll be teaching this year’s Valentine’s project at Skye Quilters, which is going to be fabric envelopes and sewn love letters.
I hope to be! I’ve picked up some products I’m dying to use to create ceramic heart pendants and also to make heart designs on pottery. And my order for chain and findings has come in!

Yes! Smack dab in the middle of a ton ‘o heart projects. Necklaces, earrings and the occasional bracelet. Using mostly Swarovski and silver. But also using Valentine colors in stones, which I then wirewrap. Never been that into hearts, but I’m having fun with it this year. Biggest challenge? Photographing dark Siam Swarovski.
