Hi Kalyna,
The e-courses are sent as newsletters. They are not the same ones that go out on Sunday nights and in the middle of the week. Each lesson is a newsletter, so if you sign up for (as an example) the copper metal clay e-course, you are technically signing up for an additional newsletter, but once the lessons are all sent, that will end it.
