The Holocaust Museum Houston has a call for hand-crafted butterflies to be part of an exhibit scheduled for the summer of 2011. It is called The Butterfly Project. I have collected a bunch of butterfly crafting projects for you to consider if you want to be part of this exhibit, starting with my own Bead and Wire Butterfly (pictured), as well as others from the About.com network.

It’s great you are participating in this! I will be sending them some of my work as well. I also make items for supporting the spreading of the awareness of the Holocaust with paperclip pieces.
