Lots of jewelry making news is going on around the web at a number of vendor and publishing sites. Here are just a few items I've discovered recently.

Holiday time means jewelry time in a big way, and Fire Mountain Gems and Beads has a style report out targeting the hot looks for the holidays. A few of the trends include jewel tones and chandelier-style earrings.

For more holiday jewelry goodies, Soft Flex has a collection of design ideas, including some beautiful hoop earrings designed by Jean Yates.

PMC Supply has a new addition to its gemstone collection. Though pearls aren't actually "stones," you get the idea. You can use half-drilled pearls with your fired metal clay designs.

And on the metal clay note, you can find some new larger size ring bands in size 12 and 13 at Metal Clay Findings.

Have you ever been asked to write your own artist bio? It is not as easy as it would seem, so Beading Daily has some ideas to help you put all those words together to come up with the perfect verbiage.

The Etsy blog is talking about rings, rings, and more rings, including some you can stack.

Naughty Secretary Club has some curious crafty items that would be perfect components for some unusual jewelry, maybe even some gifts for this season.

Finally, CGM Findings has entered into the 21st century by putting their catalog on-line. They have a secure shopping cart and are even selling beads now too! For those interested in a good wholesale findings source, you'll definitely want to check them out.
