Early Holiday Jewelry Gift Ideas

Tuesday November 4, 2008
This year, our family drew names, so I'm not going to have to make or purchase as many holiday gifts as I normally would. While I agree that it is a good experiment to try, especially as our family grows and pocketbooks don't seem to do the same, I can't help feel a little cheated that I won't get to make as many jewelry gifts as I normally would.

If you aren't in the same position I am, however, it's never too early to start planning and then making your holiday jewelry gift items. Here are a few ideas for simple projects you can make pretty easily and will appeal to anyone from a sister-in-laws, to baby sitters, to teachers:

True Blue Crystal Flower Bracelet - Easy to make and make to fit the wearer too.
Memory Wire Bead Chokers - For a modern look for not a lot of dough.
Updated Classic Pearl Earrings - A perennial favorite
