Unique Bead Board

Monday December 10, 2007
I haven't seen this in person, but I thought it looked interesting. It's called the Jewelry Design Aid, and basically, it's a take on the general bead board many of us use when doing bead stringing. The board, as well as other related products, is sold by Luv 2 B Creative, and is the brainchild of Jami Monico.

The boards come in pink or blue, and then you can get different colored inserts that go inside the expanded areas around the edges of the board. These are where you can store beads and findings while you design your jewelry pieces, so everything is located right around the board. It normally retails for about $15, but I noticed they have a 20% off sale going on right now.

Hi Tammy,

This looks pretty cool so I just bought one.

After I receive it and work with it a little bit I’ll let you know what I think about it.

Tammy,

Thank you for featuring my board on About.com!! How awesome. I’ve gotten only positive responses from those who have bought the new bead board. I have a few of them filled with different projects at any given time. I threw away my gray flocked boards :-)

Again – thank you.
