Shine Up Your Jewelry
Tarnish on jewelry, especially jewelry made with our beloved silver, can be a total pain in the you-know-what. However, there are a few tools out there available for combating tarnish.Fire Mountain Gems and Beads has recently announced two products they suggest to help fight against tarnish: the Moonshine Jewelry Polishing Cloth and Shine-On Silver Anti-Tarnish Paper. With the cloth, simply wipe tarnish off jewelry. The paper is more for preventing tarnish. You can cut pieces of the paper up and slip it into boxes, gift bags, or other small storage areas. According to the instructions, one strip (which is about 2 inches wide and 7 inches long) will cover a square foot.

I have been using silver dip. It works instantly, gets into all the nooks and crannies, and no polishing involved. It’s harmless to glass beads and most gemstones, but if that worries you, you can use a Q-Tip to apply only where you want it.
Try using Argentium Sterling Silver. It is real sterling with germanium added to the alloy such that it is tarnish resistant and rarely needs polishing.
