Cell Phone Jewelry Flip

Tuesday April 11, 2006
Yes, for the record, I do know that I flipped the strap on the cell phone jewelry dangle I recently posted. In fact, if you go to page 28 of the Beadalon catalog, you can see how the strap is normally supposed to be used. However, I thought that if I flipped the strap, that would be one way to easily switch out dangles. Sometimes you got to think outside the jewelry box.

If you put a lobster claw clasp on your dangle and attach the strap to the phone in the normal fashion you can easily change out your charms. That is how I make them. That way I have a new charm for every season!

Actually, I was thinking of using spring ring clasps, but yes, that’s a good idea.
