I am having a terrible time using the Scrimps.
- cannot keep hold of them – even with a pliers
- cannot see screw — even with a magnifier
- cannnot un-screw with the screwdriver
- keep dropping them and lose in carpet…
any assistance will be greatly appreciated
Dear Felice,
I use “Mag Eyes” for magnify so I can see. Cannot work with Scrimps without them. It does take a strong hand at times to loosen the screw. Can only use 3 or 4 before I have to give my fingers and thumb a rest until next day. However, I love the scrimps. They are much more secure and just plain are better than ordinary crimps. Be sure to hold scrimps over a design board so if a screw falls you can find it!
