Two talented jewelry makers, who just happen to be members of our Jewelry Making Forum, deserve some much earned kudos.

First, we have Carol A. Babineau, who is published yet again in Art Jewelry magazine. This time, she has a metal clay pendant project featured in their January 2006 issue. See page 70, “Framed.” You can see more of Carol’s work and find out about her metal clay classes at artclaystudio.com.

Next, there’s jewelry and mixed media artist Cyndi Lavin, from Mazeltov Jewelry. She will be featured on HGTV’s “That’s Clever” show this coming Friday, December 12, at 12 and 5 p.m. Cyndi will demonstrate two jewelry projects: bead-embroidered heritage neckpiece and a vintage optical lens pendant.
