With the month of October comes Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the folks at Beadshop.com are pitching in and lending a “beading” hand by making bracelets for the cause. According to a press release from Beadshop.com: “July 25th, 2005 over twenty-five women gathered at The Bead Shop in downtown Palo Alto, California to create bracelets to raise money for the Community Breast Health Project. Janice Parsons, CEO of The Bead Shop joined forces with the CBHP to design a beautiful double-strand multicolored bracelet, using more than ten different semi-precious gemstones each representing a healing element to aid in the fight against breast cancer.”

You can find out more about the Beadshop.com and CBHP project, see a larger picture of this beautiful bracelet, and find out how you can purchase one for yourself at the Beadshop.com website.
