Okay, I finally got the “lowdown” on Katie Holme’s wedding ring. According to the most recent hardcopy issue of People magazine: “Holme’s Edwardian-style ring features an oval-shaped diamond of about five carats in a fashionable pave split-shank setting. “It’s very age-appropriate for Katie,” says jeweler Fred Leighton (who didn’t sell Tom the ring).” I wonder what he means by “age-appropriate”?
